The Sirena 2-Day Tour from Puerto Jiménez is one of the most immersive wildlife tours in Costa Rica’s Osa Peninsula. This overnight tour departs by boat from Puerto Jiménez at 5:30 a.m. and travels to Sirena Biological Station, located inside Corcovado National Park, one of the most biodiverse places on Earth. Upon arrival, guests complete the official park check-in and walk approximately 700 meters along an authorized trail to reach the station. During guided rainforest hikes, travelers may observe monkeys, sloths, peccaries, birds, reptiles, insects, and a wide variety of tropical wildlife while learning from experienced local naturalist guides. Guests spend the night at Sirena Biological Station, creating a true overnight rainforest experience. On the second day, early morning and late-morning guided hikes offer excellent wildlife viewing opportunities before lunch. The return boat departs from Sirena at 12:45 p.m., making this tour ideal for nature lovers, wildlife enthusiasts, and photographers visiting Costa Rica.
