The Sirena Two-Day Tour from Drake Bay offers an immersive overnight experience in the heart of Corcovado National Park, one of the most biodiverse regions on Earth. The tour departs by boat from Playa Agujitas, Drake Bay, at 6:00 a.m., traveling along the Pacific coast to Playa Sirena. Depending on the season, it is possible to observe marine life such as dolphins or whales during the boat transfer. Upon arrival at Sirena, guests complete the official park check-in and begin their guided experience inside the rainforest. The trails surrounding Sirena Biological Station are mostly flat, providing ideal conditions for wildlife observation and interpretation. During guided hikes, it is common to encounter monkeys, sloths, peccaries, coatis, anteaters, numerous bird species such as toucans and scarlet macaws, as well as reptiles, amphibians, and insects, while learning about the ecosystems and biodiversity of Corcovado National Park. On the first day, guests enjoy two guided walks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, with lunch served at the station around midday. The night is spent at Sirena Biological Station, allowing for a deeper rainforest immersion. On the second day, the tour begins early in the morning to take advantage of peak wildlife activity. After the final guided hike, the return boat departs from Sirena around 12:30 p.m., arriving back in Drake Bay early in the afternoon.
